UV Curing lamps based on LED technology (395nm wavelength)
Can light up an area of approx 30 x 30 mm from a distance of about 50 mm.
Light energy is developed directly in the UV curing lamp itself, typically positioned closely and above the adhesive.
UV cannon equipped with a temperature sensor which stops the current should the temperature go higher than 60° C.
The LED in this curing lamp creates cold light, so temperature sensitive mating parts requiring bonding/sealing are not destroyed by heat.
The Cyberlite 4 UV curing lamp penetrates transparent but UV blocking plastics or glass due to the 395nm wavelength (as long as adhesive corresponds with this parameter as well).
The Cyberlite 4 UV cannon is supported by the LINOP U 400 curing device. Each lamp can be adjusted individually in its intensity. If your needs require different sizes of adhesive drops to be cured at the same time, or if the distance of the individual lamps to the point of curing varies, up to 5 Cyberlites can be controlled in parallel (curing time in seconds, intensity of assembled LED).
The LINOP U 400 is a state of the art, microprocessor controlled UV curing device. The ergonomically designed electronic display panel allows for easy viewing and operation. Cyberlite 4 UV curing lamps can also be used as a table-top unit, being held in place by a flexible arm. The unit is also compatible with any PLC. |
